      Pros

      The pay has always been competitive and the FTO policy provides a lot of flexibility, it you’re able to take the time off.

      Cons

      I’ve been through the spins from Covance to LabCorp and now to Fortrea. The constant shuffling creates extra work and also negatively impacts our financials, which has bonus repercussions. There are not many opportunities and there is a general lack of training and development.
