Work from home Pay for your wifi They reimburse fitness receipts (only up to $300 a year) They don't micromanage you Work life balance is a plus here

Cons

Pay is low There's not much incentives to work Work is not fulfilling There is no career growth (you will be stuck at the same position for many years)

We have kept our bigger sponsors due to our previous reputation. We have kept in close relation with larger sponsored due to our attention to detail and high quality reporting.

Cons

A new hire will come in making more than an employee that has been there for years. They do NOT do adjustments for faithful/ tenured employees. At least for the last 3 years.
