      Benefits are pretty good for a large company Pay is good for incoming employees Manufacturing and Distribution leadership is good at the site level Some good people remain

      Cons

      Corporate leadership questionable from the top down (Facility leadership is pretty good). RTO policy that is set in stone High degree of favoritism for those close to upper management Loss of institutional knowledge with RTO policy institution Pay is below market for long term employees Lack of clear direction

      You have access to decent benefits

      Cons

      Leadership is crumbling the brands that used to make this company great. If getting rid of your role means balancing the CEO’s pocket book, they will do it. Leadership doesn’t care about how the rest of the team will get things done. If it’s not illegal, they will take advantage. I would not recommend Fortune Brands to my worst enemy.
