Was hugely successful automating many processes. As soon as we were done, they disbanded our group and laid us off. Should have hired contractors.

Benefits are not too bad. Health insurance doesn't cost too much and PTO is adequate.

Cons

This company has lost its soul and the quality of the product will reflect that shortly. The knowledge dump that's going to happen over the next year will be astronomical as offices are closed and long term employees are laid off. Nick Fink is going to take his golden parachute in a couple years and HOPEFULLY the rebuilding process begins. Even if it does, it will take a decade to bounce back from this. I fully expect benefits to be reduced over the next year as the company uses every excuse possible to cut back on employees instead of make a little less profit.
