Pros
I've been with Fortune Brands for more than 10 years and have worked with many outstanding people. I have had the chance to work on numerous high-visibility and high-impact projects over the years. While there wasn't a direct career advancement path, I have been promoted multiple times. Compensation and benefits are strong. Love having the hybrid schedule.
Cons
Things change a lot here and there is a large level of work to be accomplished, which can be especially challenging since some of the teams are on the smaller side. If you don't like change or need a lighter workload, would recommend somewhere else.
