- excellent benefits package - friendly, nice environment; little to no office politics which makes going to work so stress-free - encouraged to grow in your career and skills; HR and management are on your side - smart people

Cons

- wish they had more opportunities for movement, however, management/HR encourages employees to look for growth opportunities within the company

Smaller corporate office which you get to know everyone closely, and there are lots of opportunities and potential to grow your career across the broader business. The business is growing quickly and the environment is fun and exciting being in this growth mode!

Cons

Could work on communications, but every company can always work on that.
