      Pros

      Consistent financial results, solid growth plan, smart and talented associates, great brands, high performance culture. Small corporate office with ability to work across the divisions/countrie and establish wide-reaching relationships. Always interesting and fun to tackle new challenges. As a growth company, there is a lot of opportunity ahead and optimism amongst the people.

      Cons

      Still a young company that is evolving. De-centralized structure (siloes) sometimes complicates getting information and finding the right contacts-- but it's been getting better each year.
