-They train you in phlebotomy and no need to have MA license. -Yearly budget for advanced education. -Great staff/coworkers.

Cons

-Healthcare and start-up tech companies do not go hand-in-hand and it's difficult for engineers/tech professionals to understand the mindset of healthcare workers and their duty to serve patients to the best of their ability. -Culture is made for the tech side of the company, not the healthcare side. -Work-life balance is non-existant and the pay is laughable.
