      A startup on the rise that's full of interesting problems

      Pros

      - Very smart people who are constantly ready to collaborate on problems - Mission driven organization - Due to the growth, have to rethink the approach to a lot of problems - Depends on the person, but not about the silly SF tech startup perks. No foosball tables, etc. But enough of what you might want (snacks) - Inclusive environment - Management is transparent with company goals, numbers, and issues.

      Cons

      - Company is definitely catching up to some growing pains with late leadership & general staff hires. - Opposite of the pro - like any startup, can get caught up in re-inventing too much. - This is a rapidly growing company that's locked in on the mission, expect to work a lot (a pro and a con, depending on your perspective).

      Pros

      Excellent people -- Forward really prioritizes finding the right fit for each role both in regards to skill set and for culture as well. Everyone at Forward is genuinely behind the company's mission to redefine primary care. Thrilling place to learn and contribute!

      Cons

      Token work-life balance but this is startup - comes with the territory.

      + It's hard to find a place with a *truly* world-changing mission and the resources to make it real; Forward is one of the rare places that has both of these things + Smart and interesting co-workers

      - Challenges of growing quickly mean that most teams are stretched thin
