      Incredible opportunity to help build the future of medicine, free from the typical constraints of the old system and empowered by an amazing team of engineers. Very open management style with lots of flexibility for work on interesting projects.

      Compensation includes a significant portion of equity, which has immense long term upside but low short term use

      Great place to get to practice medicine

      Pros

      Diverse team of mission driven individuals across the company. Start up - very different than the traditional setting of healthcare. Always changes and working to find the best way to deliver exceptional quality care. My teammates are truly incredible (intelligent, kind and a pleasure to get to work with - really)!

      Cons

      It's a dynamic workplace where a lot is changing all the time and need to be adaptable to those demands/changes. Member (patient) care and doctor sentiment are highly prioritized when navigate and deciding on said changes.
