STAY AWAY!!!!

Pros

Medical staff was fun to work with but Management was horrible!

Cons

Took 3 days alone to get back with simple answers. They also lied about the hours that we had to work. In the interview process I was told it was 7-5 but in reality it was 10:30-8:30. There's no time for a personal life. When applying for the job they stated that the OTE was 80,000-100,000 annually but after my first week that was clearly impossible. They set unobtainable quotas and said that I wasn't allowed to communicate with other MSA's from different locations. The company claims to be transparent and not a top-down company but as you can see, they're far from transparent. Any advice I would give to management would instantly get turned away and I was made like I didn't have a voice. I would just recommend to STAY AWAY!!!

Pros

You'll help revolutionize the healthcare industry by joining a movement that could change the world. Free Forward Membership Calculated and well connected executive team Growth opportunities within a startup (kind of) Amazing colleagues and staff Extensive training process. Great for someone who's looking at entry level sales out of college.

Cons

50 Hour work week 10am-8pm shifts 1 mandatory weekend shift No 401k match/PTO No stock options/equity in the company for this role (everyone at HQ in company has this as part of their compensation package). You would think this would be a massive benefit for the role considering sales is the backbone that will drive this company to future growth/revenue. Unclear path to promotion and further advancement within the company
