      Pros

      They pay you SOME money. The medical staff is really good and the mission is worthy.

      Cons

      The management cares nothing about its employees wellbeing. Overworked, underpaid, sketchy regulatory areas. The CEO is a narcissist like you've never seen before. You will be miserable almost every day you work there. Don't suck up to the CEO? Good luck having anyone treat you well. The benefits are terrible. Sure, you get coverage at the clinic, but anything not covered there is super expensive.

      Pros

      Decent pay, flexible schedule, they are open to feedback. CEO cares about employees.

      Cons

      Training can be tedious IT support can be hard to reach and there is some innovations they are doing but with that does come tech issues while trying to work No benefits

      Pros

      Best people I've ever worked with. Super friendly and social environment. Great group of passionate and smart people. A lot of opportunities to dive deep and get hands on with engineering problems right when you start.

      Cons

      Lower compensation. Toward the end, I had less confidence in the company and felt that we were straying away from our previous exciting initiatives. Sometimes vague answers/guidance from leadership. Lack of diversity/women in leadership. Most of the engineering teams are underfunded (in terms of headcount) and individual members feel the stress of needing to get things done.
