Great colleagues (fellow doctors are amazing and so are the MAs) Cool tech (but it get's old)
Cons
If you have any self respect as a physician, turn this job down. - You are treated like a robot - You are paid bare minimum (VERY low salary for docs compared to even other health care start up companies-- so no, this is not normal for start up nature, they are robbing you) - The CEO will take you on meetings and make you feel small, insignificant, and demoralized. He should not be involved in your personal life yet he makes it a point to tell you what is good for your path in life and belittles anything else you may want such as work life balance. - The senior management and even senior physicians that no longer see patients have become puppets to the CEO and no longer treat their fellow colleagues with respect or put their needs first. -Move on with your job search if you want better culture, because this place is not worth your mental or physical health repercussions
