Forward is a mission driven company looking to provide high quality healthcare to a billion people. Working here as a physician has been rewarding and reinvigorating. That sense of purpose that is so hard to find in a traditional private practice where you get 15 minutes with each patient is here in abundance, where you get to practice primary care the way it should be - patient facing, preventative, and high-tech. I work with colleagues who are passionate and dedicated. Gone are the days where I sit side by side with physicians as we roll our eyes at the latest admin challenges and say "that's just how things are." Under strong and transparent leadership, Forward is a company full of people who don't accept that status quo of terrible expensive healthcare and look for new and innovative ways to get people engaged in their health and become partners with their physicians.
