      Just starting my journey with the company. So far it has been smooth and everyone is friendly.

      Wish they provided benefits such as free care to employees.

      Pros

      The team is very smart and driven. You get to interact with some of the top execs from silicon valley. It's a great resume builder.

      Cons

      Work life balance is non-existent. You are expected to work 7 days a week and the pay is just average. The emotional atmosphere is terrible - the CEO will insult people up to the point they are crying and make people feel they are never good enough. The CEO once shared about some very hard emotional stuff he has gone through but that doesn't mean he should do the same to others. Also Forward doesn't deliver anything that kaiser permanente doesn't deliver, but charges more for the same package (if you want insurance against cancer, accidents, and other serious stuff). It's a typical vaporware hoping to change the world once they get enough data.

      Not many. Good place to learn what not to look for in a job for the future.

      Difficult to work here because of unreasonable expectations and limited pay.
