      Forward was great to work at due to the ability to choose our schedule, and work at home.

      Cons

      - went multiple months without being scheduled (and w/o pay) to work and was told that it happens??? - communication was horrible, no contact on coworkers (doctors, rn, np, etc) leaving the company, which resulted in bad patient communication - angry mbrs 24/7, everything changed constantly which is difficult for a drs office to do. Mbrs hated most aspects of their membership with forward, which was understandable at the end.
