      Pros

      This is the place to be if you enjoy complexity, hard problems, a fast pace, and a team oriented environment. Forward has its own culture and espouses the ideals of hard work coupled with mission oriented motivation. But it does not lose sight of important intangibles like kindness and a willingness to help each other.

      Cons

      The only con is the degree of complexity that may be too much for some people and what they are looking for, but if you like meaningful work and are attracted to being challenged, then this is not that daunting in the long run!
