Pros

Great opportunity to earn some commission (when sales actually come in).

Cons

They make you work 50 hours per week every week (10 hour days) so you’ll never have work life balance. The base pay is low, absolutely no PTO (they give you “discretionary time off” with no pay and only 3 sick days per year) and they pay you LATE. Worst part besides sacrificing your mental health is: the company scams their members on something as important as health. You feel like a fraud selling memberships.

- This company focuses more on creating big changes for healthcare in the long run, rather than just meeting short-term goals. This means they don't rush things and try to do everything correctly. That can be very challenging at times! - It's a really well-connected company. Since all parts of the company work together, you'll have many chances to work with different teams and roles. - You'll have plenty of chances to present your work and get feedback. Most groups in the company have regular meetings with bosses, where anyone can discuss their projects. - The company's leaders have proven that they're good at managing money. Even when the economy slows down, they've been able to keep things running smoothly.

Cons

- This place might not be the best if you want to lead a large group or need to have a steady group of people reporting directly to you. They often change things around to make the company work better, rather than keeping things the same. - This company doesn't offer many of the popular benefits that others might. Its pay is more average, not among the highest. - If you need to know exactly what your job will look like or how your career will grow, this might not be the right place for you. This is true for most rapidly growing startups, but it's important to be clear about it.
