      -Mission-driven company with a clear goal in mind -Working to solve one of the toughest problems and are getting to see how our company impacts people's health firsthand -Management is transparent and allows all employees to understand how we're doing as a company and what our goals are -The people! They're extremely smart, helpful, and willing to take any challenge on and collaborate with coworkers -Ownership -- more junior people get more responsibility and learn super quickly

      Not many cons I can think of, as management is extremely open to feedback and makes changes accordingly.
