Infinite ownership, constant new challenges, and some of the best people you'll ever work with. I'm constantly challenged and have grown more in the past year than I could previously comprehend.

Cons

We can grind. We built a tele-health platform during COVID and it was all hands on deck. People can work many hours but we're encouraged to strike our own balance.
