Pros

Awesome children, caring families, funnest job I have ever had; wouldn’t trade it for the world

Cons

Management very clique-y, feels very alone sometimes, hard for others to see your hard work. Try to get excited about it they mentally tear you down for it. BIG NEWBIE CUTURE; if you’re a newbie they want you to stay your roll. Always feeling like someone is talking behind your back.

Pros

I really liked you get paid training and learn how to better your swimming technique. The pay is nice and above average Food at staff meetings and rewards also once a yr dance awards party with food. Management is nice and make you feel appreciated Some families and kids are really cool ! There is a higher weekend pay and lots of chances for raises

Cons

The training required sometimes driving far and lots of hours to complete. Even though you get paid nicely the hours sometimes aren't there and starting off you don't get a lot. changing and showering takes a lot of ur time and cleaning that you get paid minimum wage for. Crazy parents that don't appreciate you and think they can throw a fit and get what they want. Which they will get what they want. You get evaluated by parents and managers and sometimes score low for things out of your control Annoying kids that don't listen You are responsible for the lives of the children you teach and it can be stressful especially in your crazy classes when you have so much to get done.

Pros

-The scheduling is flexible and consistent, which really helps with work-life balance -Pay is great, especially compared to other places in the industry -Weekend shifts come with extra pay, which is a nice bonus -The company culture is great – making me feel part of the team -There are plenty of growth opportunities if you're looking to advance in your career -I have been an employee for over nine years. That says a lot about the company -Overall, this is a great place to work – I’m proud to be part of it and its mission!

Cons

-Pay Cap ->There shouldn’t be a pay cap when teachers are consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals. Our hard work should be recognized and rewarded without limits. ->you do receive a 'bonus' at the end of the year -Weekend pay is higher, but the hours are shorter
