Expect lowballing, childish behavior from both management and employees, and expect nothing else. There are promises, but they are not kept. If there is something the matter with anything, and you bring it up, expect to get made fun of behind your back, while management rewards the same unsavory behaviors that made you uncomfortable in the first place. They say they're growing - as if we don't know that it is a Revolving Door company. They say they don't micromanage then they send people to micromanage you.
When a company is growing, they train their employees and not leave it up to others to do the training for them. Especially if you already get a whiff of nepotism and tantrum-riddled organization. When they're growing, they follow through on promises or statements they tell you that they will do. When a company is growing, management would not engage in a toxic/hostile work environment to display some weird power dynamic.
To boot, you will also get exposed to a plethora of germs in a hot building full of snot-nosed adult children.
