Actually has decent benefits. Other than that, none.

Cons

Bosses get hired because daddy knows someone. They get hired despite there being absolutely zero knowledge of the job. Promoted over who should rightfully get the job(not me), pawns all their work off to subordinates and cashes in the bonus checks.
