The people are fantastic. This is a company that says it is all about values, doing the right thing, treating people as they would want to be treated, and more -- and it delivers. It's a dynamic setting, growing fast and evolving with that growth. An exciting and great place to work.

Cons

FBM is fast-paced and the people are hard working. If those norms aren't what you're looking for in a place to work, FBM may not be the right fit.

Positive values, upper management seems to truly care about people--employees, customers and vendors.

Cons

Company needs to focus on best practices and implementing them. There has been so much focus on acquisitions that doing things well seems to be falling by the wayside.
