I'll never understand why they don't get the fact that a lot of people that want to work from home actually have families. - The starting pay is only like $9. That's terrible, considering how many times a day you'll get cursed out by customers, because the previous agent they spoke with told them something completely different, (and wrong. Likely to get them off the phone). So, of course, YOU are lying. - The customers talk to you how ever they want. They are some of the rudest, most disrespectful people you'll come across. - The training is about 3 weeks, then you're thrown on the phones. NOTHING you learn in training will actually prepare you for what you'll encounter once you start taking calls. - You get told about this great opportunities to switch campaigns, or get promoted to other positions in the company. But actually getting info on the positions isn't going to happen.

Management could care less about the employees in fact they keep a list of people they want rid of ànd ride them until they quit or fire them.
