Management is very understanding of employees' needs- having a personal live/balance is encouraged Ecclectic "Austin" culture

Near lack of an HR department- it can be a little like the wild west. The hard truth: if you don't travel, you will not make money... this job is not for lazy/unmotivated people. The company is growing in leaps and bounds, so there are some associated "growing pains" which can be expected.
