Pros

Four Hands (down) has an outstanding culture full of free snacks in the kitchen, happy hours, fun events, Summer Fridays, and heavily discounted furniture. In addition to the tangibles, the support and collaboration we have in built in our culture is unlike anything I've seen before. The organization is full of hardworking and dedicated employees who like to WIN as a team. If you are the type of person who thrives in a creative environment, enjoys a challenge, and are open to evolving with a growing company, this is a great company for you.

Cons

Four Hands is truly a fast paced company, and processes are not set in it's ways. If you are most comfortable working in a very structured environment where you can coast along, you may find it overwhelming to work here. At the end of the day, the work is rewarding and the most successful employees are from those who are motivated to go the extra mile.

Pros

Office will look great after remodel with a snack room. There is a lot of working between departments depending on your role. Good work life balance which is encouraged & appreciate the benefits the company has like the employee purchase program! Casual office wear.

Cons

There is still a lot of growth which is good but there aren't processes in place for everything which can be hard to navigate depending on your manager. Working from home depends on your manager.

Thank you for sharing some notes on your experience as a Four Hands employee! We're excited about the remodel as well and look forward to seeing the impact that it has on our teams and our employee experience. We are also happy to hear that our promotion of work-life balance and the benefits we offer are also a bright spot for you. We agree that rapid growth presents unique challenges. It is exciting to be a part of a growing business but it does have an impact on processes and scaling. We look forward to delving into your comments about improving our processes so that the experience is consistent across all teams, regardless of a specific manager. Thanks for sharing!
