Pros

Pay, growth opportunities, benefits, buffet-like lunches provided and being given just the right amount of work daily but also not being overwhelmed. Lots of perks like free rooms/stays. Plenty of training time (3 weeks for me).

Cons

Full time during training (about 3 weeks) but then you are left with about 1 to 2 days of work a week. Rude, irresponsible housekeeping lead named Grettel. Gave me the runaround with some equipment I needed to begin my job. Lots of favoritism. Housekeepers not having the respect and integrity towards guests the company claims to have.

Pros

Iconic I.M. Pei building with amazing views of Central Park

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth. No real sense of culture amongst employees. Ownership micro-manages.
