Pros

Schedules are made in advance, parking is provided, There is an employee cafeteria where you can get lunch, 50% off at hotel restaurants.

Cons

The interviewing process is what I found most frustrating. You just have to interview with a lot of people and sometimes schedules don't line up so I can take a while. Top me a month to get through all of them, but it was well worth it.

Pros

Make good connections with people who work for the company and the guests that come in (if you're smart).

Cons

Really have to be willing to put everything in your life on hold to move up in the ranks. Also have to be willing to be a bit cold hearted.

Pros

Great training program! The Four Season Resorts & Hotels genuinely value their employees contributions and compensates them accordingly.

Cons

The seasonal fluctuations in occupancy leads to inconsistent tips for service personnel, but that's to be expected in almost any hospitality position.
