Pros

Great pay compensation, uniforms cleaned for us, free lunch and snacks available all day in the cafeteria. Management team involved with the staff, do their best to make sure you're thriving at your job and are happy. The Resort managers are very approachable. Free parking

Cons

The commute can be long because living in Scottsdale is expensive. to me, It appeared the office staff (accounting, sales, IT, etc) aren't very friendly or approachable. They rarely interact with the worker bees in the back of the house. So it can be kind of a cligue-ish environment. I've seen some favoritism within the department as well.
