Pros
Company has the highest paid employees in the industry. Human Resource takes employee complaints very seriously, especially when it emanates from Supervisory and management levels. Employees are guaranteed free lunches, and, depending on shift, breakfast is even available. Snacks are always available for employees. Retirement plans are excellent, company has arguably the best profit sharing in the Hospitality industry.
Cons
Supervisory challenges can persist, due to overwhelming line employees with less than proficient command of the English language, in certain departments (Laundry, and housekeeping).
