Pros

Health benefits, high hourly wage, meals included, complimentary nights at other Four Seasons. I can definitely see how Four Seasons as a whole is a great company where you can actually move up. Just stay away from the ones with a Union. Unless you're of older age & want the security of a long term job, go for one with a Union.

Cons

No parking, part of Union that makes employees extremely lazy. People are constantly going to call in sick, not do their jobs & if management tries to confront the employee, he usually can't because they'll get HR and the union involved & make the managers life very uncomfortable to work there. I believe this is the reason why this hotel is a "school" for Four Seasons managers. New managers are constantly coming and going.
