All of the properties are absolutely beautiful and the people who work here are actually really friendly and down to earth, despite the company's high-class reputation.

Cons

As a cocktail waitress in the lounge, you work ridiculous hours based on occupancy. My particular property was understaffed at the time, so that definitely didn't help.

The benefits aren't bad and there are many amazing people from all over the world from every walk of life that work there.

Cons

For management, the hours are insane. I worked in the back of house and amount of work they demand does not scale well with pay at all, especially when compared to similar jobs in other industries. Also, a benefit they tout is the ability to stay at other properties for free. This is a joke of a benefit for 90% of employees as front of house staff usually can't afford to stay at other hotels as you can't stay at your home property. In addition, it's incredibly competitive to reserve a room, and you may even get kicked if the hotel becomes too busy at the last moment.
