Pros

Great benefits, wonderful and caring atmosphere with acknowledgment of hard work from upper management. A lot of growth opportunity.

Cons

Strict guidelines to follow pertaining to steps of service, but if good customer service is in your nature than it comes naturally.

Pros

Promotes growth, culture, and professionalism. Great dental, medical, and 401k. Wonderful support from management to aid you in your career. Very structured and policy driven.

Cons

Typical service industry means you are open on holidays. Emotional stress can occur when dealing with irate guests. The company tends to promote the above mentioned things but the implementation is not always there.

Cons

Long hours easy become 70 hour work weeks. Some managers are only out for themselves.
