Pros

Pay is great. Benefits and upward mobility is easily attainable.

Cons

A lot of change within Hotel management. Not consistent with other properties I’ve worked for within the brand.

Great Benefits, Poor Management

Pros

Benefits are great, the money serving was excellent. You get to see the stars and celebs that come through which is pretty cool.

Cons

You will have to deal with Managers in Training that just graduated from hospitality school, and really have no business in their position. The turnover on the manager side is absolutely insane. In the 4 years that I worked there, I probably had 12-15 different managers. Many of those were 22 year olds straight out of college, with no restaurant experience, who were expected to be my boss.
