Pros

Coworkers!!!! After spending 11-12 hours a day plus going in on some days off, it all comes down to your colleagues. You see them more than your family. The ability to travel within the company is fun as you advance your career as well.

Cons

Hours per day. Money is good for what you actually do on a daily basis but pales based on the hours you have to put in. The need to move to undesirable locations in order to pursue advancement.

Pros

I met and worked alongside many extraordinary individuals. I had the opportunity to work with top of the line equipment and luxury product lines.

Cons

In 6 years there was a decrease in pay more than once, and this was not the hourly minimum wage, but the commission of service for those professionals who hold a license and provide the liability insurance, as well as the high retention and service sales.
