Pros

Nice travel perks, benefits, fun environment

Cons

Stressful, stress always comes from management instead of being a real leadership team and staying calm and collected, lots of managers drink on the clock, half of them suck up to the other half, people forget that this is a simulation and take their titles a bit too seriously

Pros

Four Seasons is a great company to work for. They have great benefits and if you like to travel, you can stay at some of the finest hotels.

Cons

I worked in the restaurant and everything was just so so. It does not compare with other locations. The uniforms are hideous. They look like chic lumberjacks. Management seems very young and green.
