Pros

It was the highest-paying job I've had at around $20ish/hr (I know in this economy) The other staff were really friendly and helpful.

Cons

Talk a lot about communication but lacked communication with me. They did not talk with me through my training schedule even though they scheduled me for over 40 hours in a part-time position. They did not tell me how long training would last, what I would be learning, and when, and there was a general lack of structure.

Pros

Pay is decent compared to other jobs in this town.

Cons

Overworked and high employee turnover. Managers have no solutions to anything.
