Pros

Free parking and uniforms provided. In house training on spa services.

Cons

Few full time positions are available so you'll need a second job; however it is expected that you will be available on your days off if needed. Unwavering, unquestioning loyalty is expected from employees, but is not returned by management. Spa employees are referred to as "line workers" as if you're working on an assembly line - so what does that say about how they feel about workers and clients? Prices on services are raised frequently (and are some of the highest around), but employee raises are few and far between and if you ask for one you're called greedy.

Pros

Great Culture Great Travel Options Plenty of growth options

Cons

Long hours Tight budgets Difficult to add/approve new vendors to the procurement systems, so it is difficult to innovate at the expected level and pace.
