Negative Work Environment!!!

Pros

The guests are wonderful to serve but many during my time we’re starting to notice the hotel quality declining. I had a few guests compare the hotel to a Hampton Inn or Howard Johnson. It wouldn’t surprise me if the rating went from 5 star to 4 star.

Cons

Negative work environment and verbal abuse experienced from management as well as an overall smug nature to staff. Management here does not know how to build a team that works together cohesively. They are more worried about rubbing elbows with celebrity guests then to actually become leaders to their employees who actually make Four Seasons a wonderful experience for their guests.
