A nurturing environment where you can really feel the eagerness of teams to help you succeed and develop. From day 1 I feel as though I have been set up for success and never feel as though I cannot ask anyone about anything. Incredibly fast paced organisation where no days are the same.

Cons

The location is perfect but the office space itself sometimes can feel cramped and slightly dated. The kitchen is pretty small and no canteen... but based in the west end you never really need to worry about that sort of thing :) Quite literally the only things I can not give a 10/10 score to...

We also listened to the feedback you and others provided around our pay structure for our Bureau Department by changing our bandings in July and our approach to career advancement. Fourth is the perfect place for people who love getting involved in big, ambitious projects. Brilliant people, right atmosphere, international environment and solid values are the main ingredients for this successful growing company.
