A growing business that presents lots of opportunity for personal development at all levels. Empowered to make decisions, shape the future and it still feels exciting to be part of. Fourth have maintained that caring, family feel throughout the growth so far and I genuinely believe that will always be true of our culture. Its a fun place to work, the people and teams are the best I've ever worked with and I've got lots of genuine great friends that I am blessed to work with everyday.

Cons

Its fast paced and growing quickly and with that there have been times of challenge along the way.

The employees here at Fourth are truly valued and well looked after. It is a great work atmosphere and there is always something fun scheduled for employees to partake in, such as wellness week and monthly breakfast and fun clubs!

Cons

The month ends are always busy, so requires extra focus and flexibility!

Pros

Very good atmosphere inside the company and between all teams. Great benefits and compensation for staff. They look after about all staff and support new starters. Good to join this company and develop your career.

Cons

Every day multitask work and sometimes to much work for only one person but this can be challenging. Also I think we need more holiday.

Thank you for recognising the quality of our work atmosphere and our commitment to career development. We know things can get strenuous at times, which is why we've recently reviewed how work gets allocated to individuals. Our standard UK holiday entitlement will also be increasing to 25 days in 2017 with an option to buy an extra 3 days ensuring all our employees have ample time to recharge outside of work. Personally I try and take a little break every 3 months and recommend people do the same. In addition, we are reviewing our benefits and entitlement globally. I totally agree that communication can always be improved and we have a few things up our sleeve for the coming year which we think will help us all stay aligned at key times.
