Pros

Occasional freebies from clients which the Account Managers shared with us. Also the London office is based in the heart of Covent Garden which is great for shopping and entertainment.

Cons

No clear vision or direction for the role yet very aggressive approach from management. The organisation are reluctant to spend money on projects in line with growth which impacted delivery significantly. Also all staff outside of account management had to use only Skype and email for communication.

- Great mixture of talented individuals to work with on the current arc of growth - Can easily see the potential from working in this company and being able to grow both with the company and individually from a career prospective. - Great work life balance and culture both in the office and out with regular social events and collaboration with other teams (the best I've ever come across!) - Empowerment of individuals to really drive forward with change and success to better the companies technical position

Cons

- Can be quite fast paced however personally for me this is not a problem as this keeps challenges fresh, and exciting along with being able to get involved interesting and exciting projects.
