Pros
The company is going through a lot of changes, so now is the time to jump on this ship! I work in the sales department and here are the pros: -Working with like minded individuals - Work/life balance amazing - just pull your weight! -stimulating environment -daily challenges -potential for growth -being able to make decisions and implement them quickly - very employee-centric with ever expanding benefits
Cons
-Sometimes outreach to other departments can be difficult but we're working on breaking through these silos. -Office environment could be more glamorous, but since my 3 months, Fourth has already upgraded 30% of the office space and they are continuously improving.
