You get the chance to learn alot about the responsibilities of kitchen.

Cons

Management at times become blind to any problems with the restaurant and management changes alot.

Pros

Fast-paced, growing, high-energy restaurant group to work for. It felt great to be part of a restaurant group that is known for high quality and edgy restaurants. I liked a lot of the people I worked with, but with a new restaurant group, comes growing pains, weird personalities and high turnover. The 35% dining discount was pretty great. Sam and his team have a great eye for design and an understanding of who their customers are and what they want. That makes for busy restaurants, which is great for their servers! With their success, theirs plenty of room for job growth.

Cons

Pretty typical restaurant turnover and employee burnout. The managers work extremely long hours, which is typical in restaurants but not good, in my opinion. There are a lot of egos to contend with, but for the most part, upper management was pretty cool.
