The discount was great on the food, and coworkers and management were nice people.

Cons

As a hostess, the advancement to become a server was slim. At my restaurant, the managers were almost all men and the hostesses were all women. The hiring process was all about appearances. When a woman dropped off an application, the manager asked to pull application that was submitted because "we hadn't hired a pretty server in a while."

Pay, Upward mobility, benefits, good concepts in an ever growing and changing company. Bonus system in place which is great. Awesome culture of trying to have high standards and ability to learn how to run a successful business

Cons

Managers will work a ton. In store training can be chaotic. Chefs have very little creative outlets
