They actually care, which is a new experience for me, especially for a company this large. The Big Kitchen is extremely helpful and genuine in everything they do. Everyone is extremely hands on and involved, whether at the restaurant or behind the scenes. Extremely team oriented. Amazing work life balance!

They really care about there Guests and the Employees. It's like having a family easy to talk to Senior Executive Management Great Benifits and Lots of different concepts so you are getting a well rounded culinary experience

This company has an outstanding training program. The pay matches your experience. FRC cares for you as a person, not just an employee. Highly recommend joining our team. Very well structured with the support you need at the restaurant level

Cons

Work hours can be long, however nothing out of range of other concepts, and the time you put in is recognized.
