Fox has great leaders with vision of hospitality and excellence. The company not only has a guest first attitude but filters that throughout the concept to care for the staff as well.

Cons

We need Concepts in every state!

Pros

TRAINING: Incredibly thorough training programs for external new hires and internal promotes including: customized training program in-store, 3-day training at the home office in Phoenix, online courses, Train The Trainer, advanced leadership trainings, etc. CULTURE: This organization "walks the talk," treating employees like guests (with respect and genuine care). PERKS: Dining discounts at all Fox Restaurant Concepts, tuition reimbursement, referral bonuses, service awards, etc.

Cons

The only con I can think of is not really a con but a reality of the restaurant and hospitality industry. We work long hours. (However, I would rather be busy over bored any day of the week.)
