Being told not to tell guests your name (how weird is that??), harassing floor managers, scolding, sarcastic attitudes from chefs and managers (unless you were part of the select few servers who were the "clique"), terrible wine list, frustrating mundane rules blocking up the flow of service. Very fake customer service facade. I've noticed this at FRC restaurants across the board EXCEPT for Olive and Ivy. Generally, food quality and presentation does NOT match the pricey menu. Ultimately it was extremely demanding and the work required wasn't worth it!

Management doesn't have a clue about excellent talent and loyal employees. If you aren't "trendy" or model material you are treated badly or ignored. You basically get hired on looks. It doesn't matter if you are loyal or you work hard for them and the the littlest situations happen and they belittle you and reprimand you for that you see other people do the same thing and get praised for. Definitely family oriented..to line the pockets of Sam and Brian. This company is a joke and treat their employees terribly.
