This job provides a flexible schedule, offers a place to make good money. It is a popular brand in the Phoenix area and the people are great to work with.

Cons

No cons. I loved this company and would still be with them if I hadn't relocated to a part of the country they don't have any restaurants in.

Discount Welcoming/fun work environment Amazing staff- full of support Lots of opportunity to grow within the company!

Cons

FRC is a wonderful company to work for; and I personally have no cons to list! They treat both guests and employees like family!

Pros

Good pay, cooks eat free, nice kitchen, good tools to work with

Cons

No one should have to take constant verbal abuse from anyone in a supervisor positions. They allow their sous chefs to curse, threaten, and disrespect their cooks.
